Role Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and scale the product design team through hiring and coaching.
- Set the standard for design craft, quality, and establish processes for efficient, high-quality execution.
- Own the end-to-end design experience across enterprise product surfaces, from core workflows to new areas.

- Serve as a senior leader, contributing to company-wide strategic planning beyond the design function.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in product design with at least 7 years leading and coaching high-performing design teams.
- Deep experience designing enterprise software and a strategic mindset connecting design to business outcomes.
- A clear perspective on design craft evolution in AI-native products and a track record of partnering with Product and Engineering leaders.
