- Develop scopes and pricing recommendations with clear deliverables and resource requirements.

- Serve as the primary contact for CRO engagements, connecting optimization recommendations to revenue and business outcomes.
- Present results and recommendations clearly, including measurement limitations and tradeoffs.
CRO Delivery:
- Independently deliver engagements from discovery through analysis, experiment execution, and reporting.
- Use behavioral research and web analytics to prioritize improvements and maintain testing roadmaps.
