The frontend team is currently a three-person effort, and this hire will be one of the first people working on it full time.
This role carries a high degree of independence with very little process in between.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Senior or staff-level frontend experience, comfortable working with minimal oversight.
Strong, hands-on skills in TypeScript and React.
Genuine familiarity with perps trading, ideally as a personal trader or close follower of the space.

Growth Path:

The role is an individual contributor position day to day, with room to grow into a leadership role over time for the right person, though this is not a requirement.
