Job Description

Establish and maintain excellent customer experience, build trust and confidence with all customers, and represent ServiceNow Security for internal and external customers. You will facilitate security-related incidents, provide on-call support, and develop security awareness training programs. Additionally, you'll develop AI solutions for automating repetitive activities, lead in security matters, and collaborate with Legal on security/privacy-related issues. The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in information security, proficiency in security tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and a good understanding of security concepts.
