Job Description
Thrive, Sword Healthβs flagship AI pain care solution is seeking a senior content manager - a copywriter and creative strategist to optimize enrollments in 2025. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Thrive, this individual will create compelling content to drive member enrollments, activation, and program completion across key employers, clients, and health plans in the US. Leveraging channel expertise in email and/or direct mail, and exceptional content creation skills, they will play a pivotal role in helping the Thrive team achieve ambitious growth goals.
Lead copywriter for high-performing B2C content across key channels, including email, direct mail, landing pages, push notifications, and SMS, to drive program enrollment and member engagement. Support the strategy and execution of lifecycle and growth campaigns, working closely with the Strategy & Ops associate and Head of Marketing. Concept and write creative assets for thematic campaigns, webinars, one-pagers, and social content.
