Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary contact for trial-specific medical and safety questions, monitors participant safety, and supports pharmacovigilance.
  • Reviews safety documents, protocol deviations, and study reports while providing input for regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
  • Manages trial risks and performs ongoing medical review of clinical databases to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor degree with Canada Board Certification in Gastroenterology is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of practicing Gastroenterology experience, with clinical research experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and analytical skills, and detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.
