About the Role:
- Lead Twilio's global Developer Relations team and evolve the GTM motion.
- Serve as a figurehead, influencer, and key speaker on the global DevRel circuit.
- Build consensus with executives across Product, Marketing, and GTM.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and mentor a global organization of Developer Evangelists and Advocates.
- Scale the Startups Program and shape strategic partnerships for early-stage developers.
- Oversee technical content, community forums, and ambassador programs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in developer relations or community advocacy.
- Deep technical baseline with software development experience.
- Strong data-driven execution and communication skills.
