Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager you will collaborate with Sales Operations to build and maintain the full lead-to-revenue pipeline in HubSpot and lead the design and implementation of MQL and SQL definitions. You will also build and maintain attribution reporting to track campaign & event effectiveness, pipeline influence, and ROI across channels. You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and finance to align on business needs and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
You will build custom workflows and automations in HubSpot to support lead nurturing and manage integrations across marketing and sales tools including HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Walnut, Twilio, and others. You will evaluate and implement new martech, including AI tools, ABM platforms, and website heatmap technology while owning marketing reporting across the funnel. The role manages and optimizes Google Analytics, reports on and analyzes results of A/B testing, and oversees the marketing teamβs use of Asana. You will also stay up to date with the latest capabilities in HubSpot, analytics platforms, AI, and digital marketing tools.
