Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application support to customers and colleagues.
- Install and optimize products, diagnose and resolve issues at customer sites.
- Train users on preventive maintenance and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in chemistry, Food, Environment, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar background in life sciences.
- Expertise in analytical techniques and method development (GC/ HPLC/UHPLC/ MS).
- Problem-solving skills for fixing, applications support and instrument maintenance.
