Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and application support to customers and colleagues.
  • Install and optimize products, diagnose and resolve issues at customer sites.
  • Train users on preventive maintenance and system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in chemistry, Food, Environment, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar background in life sciences.
  • Expertise in analytical techniques and method development (GC/ HPLC/UHPLC/ MS).
  • Problem-solving skills for fixing, applications support and instrument maintenance.
