- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across profit and cost centers to align with strategic objectives.

- Own full P&L accountability for assigned areas, conducting monthly reviews with senior leaders to analyze financial results.
- Evaluate business cases by assessing ROI and strategic alignment, partnering with leaders to ensure investments deliver expected outcomes.
FP&A Transformation & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Drive the evolution of FP&A capabilities through automation, reporting infrastructure, and planning system enhancements.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy during close processes and strengthen cross-functional alignment and governance.
