Senior Manager, Security Operations

The Manager, Security Operations will own the application security management functions including vulnerability management, penetration testing, threat modeling and secure application design, reporting to the Senior Manager, Security and partnering with Engineering. This is a full time position that is fully remote. Responsibilities include building and leading a global SecOps function, regulatory-grade incident response, ensuring healthcare posture through HITRUST control implementation, and defining metrics aligned with the NIST Cyber Security Framework. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of information security experience, including 4-6 years leading SecOps / SOC or IR teams. Experience with AWS cloud security, identity/access management, data loss prevention, SASE solutions, and SIEM management is desired.
