Operations Manager (iGaming)

Develop and communicate a clear design vision for the next-generation Gambling& Casino platform that aligns with our product strategy and user needs. Lead and own the overall product design strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices. Design interactive, intuitive, player-friendly and responsive user interfaces and experiences with a focus on seamless navigation, accessibility, and visual appeal to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Incorporate innovative flows and gambling interactions that simplify decision-making for players. Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Design landing pages and banners for advertising campaigns. Ensure consistency across all screens, components, and interaction patterns.
