Certifying Scientist I

This role is for a Certifying Scientist with two or more years of experience and qualified under CLIA. The Certifying Scientist is responsible for the quantitation of MS data and final review of patient related data reports for toxicological examinations of target compounds and metabolites. Responsibilities include final review and certification of patient reports following established protocols for urine testing utilizing LCMS confirmation testing results in high complexity toxicology laboratory. Further responsibilities include reviewing calibration curves, QC data, and confirmation data, checking data reports for completion of all ordered tests, transmitting data analysis to the LIS, and participating in quality control procedures. Adherence to CLIA and HIPAA compliance standards is required.
