Key Responsibilities:

Define strategic roadmaps and adoption plans including platform guardrails and self-service maturity models.
Operate directly with client teams to implement high-priority use cases and shift them toward self-service.
Serve as a data engineering SME in pre-sales and scoping conversations.

Required Technical Qualifications:

10+ years designing complex data systems with expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and big data processing.
Deep hands-on Databricks experience including Unity Catalog, lakehouse design, and governance.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
