iOS Team Lead

This position is embedded within the Industrial vertical, responsible for building and maintaining cycle and step-based workflows tailored to industries outside of food and beverage (F&B), including automotive and other manufacturing sectors with more complex operational requirements. You will provide leadership to the Team by leading daily standup calls, guiding the team, removing roadblocks, and coaching when needed. You will develop and enhance manufacturing workflows in the Redzone iOS and tvOS applications. Conducting one-on-one meetings to understand individual team members job satisfaction and long-term goals is required. You will provide technical contributions to assist other team members, handle incidents, and guide project deliverables. The role involves completing delivery work committed during the sprint to achieve business goals and helping the business maintain a competitive edge by leveraging the latest iOS technologies.
