Job Description

The Lead Brand Designer will own the visual expression of Parachute Health’s brand across product storytelling, campaigns, and customer communications. This is a hands-on creative role that bridges marketing, product, and design, combining design execution with strategic thinking to make our solutions easy to understand, inspiring to use, and memorable in-market. This role owns the external/marketing brand expression and collaborates closely with Product Design to ensure cohesion with our in-product design system. Core Scopes of Work include brand refresh execution & rollout; product storytelling & UX–to–Marketing Integration; and growth marketing & campaign design. Key Responsibilities include maintaining brand guidelines, creating campaign and product visuals, ensuring design consistency, and building lightweight creative operations.
