Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for system errors, triaging issues and escalating complex cases.
- Monitor data workflows and integration projects, maintaining trackers and ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Prior development experience with a solid understanding of APIs and proficiency in AI tools.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to adapt quickly.
Additional:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town for occasional in-person work.
- Must have legal work authorization without employer sponsorship.
