Define and enforce SLAs, data quality standards, and operational metrics for reliability and performance. Collaborate with data governance, security, IT engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure platform compliance and value delivery. Maintain vendor relationships and manage the lifecycle of critical technologies, integrating best practices into the platform. Communicate complex data concepts and strategy recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and adoption of platform capabilities.
