Job Description
Smart Working is seeking a B2B Full Stack Graphic Designer to turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and drive growth.
- Create B2B marketing assets across the full funnel.
- Design and evolve the Smart Working brand across campaigns, digital experiences, and internal materials.
- Contribute to UX/UI for marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital-first design principles.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Additional skills include:
- Strong portfolio of B2B design work demonstrating a range of assets, including sales decks and pitch presentations, eBooks, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn/social campaign visuals, brand identity systems, and UI/UX examples for web or landing pages.
- Experience in motion graphics or short-form video.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools for efficiency and experimentation.
