Job Description

Define and oversee the first-party data strategy for client websites, including tagging frameworks, event schemas, and audience architecture. Lead implementation of data layer strategies to ensure accurate and comprehensive event capture across web, app, and offline environments. Serve as the strategic lead on martech infrastructure projects, from CDP rollouts to CRM and server-side tracking integrations. Consult clients on how to use people, process, and platforms to get the most value out of their marketing tech stack. Architect scalable tagging strategies that translate seamlessly into media audiences, conversion events, and downstream analytics. Manage and mentor a team of analytics and martech engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-functional excellence. Evaluate and implement server-side tracking, consent frameworks, and privacy-first solutions to meet compliance and performance needs. Collaborate with data science, media, and analytics teams to connect tracking infrastructure with actionable insights and media activation. Stay current on martech trends, tools, and privacy regulationsβ€”and translating those into actionable strategies for our clients.
