Data Scientist

Position Summary:

• Designs, builds, and validates advanced analytics for pharmacy, claims, clinical, and member data.
• Owns machine learning models end to end, applying AI and NLP.
• Resolves member identity across fragmented data sources and packages results into tools and dashboards.

What you will do:

• Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling: Build predictive ML models for pharmacy cost and risk, including feature engineering and explainability.
• Applied AI and NLP: Use AI/NLP for sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and tokenization; apply LLMs to automate workflows.
• Clinical and Pharmacy Analytics: Produce analytics like medication adherence aligned to compliance requirements.
