Job Description

We're looking for a product designer who thrives at the intersection of user experience and business growth. This is not about nudges or dark patterns. It is about making Goodnotes more valuable and accessible to more people while keeping the experience trustworthy and on brand. You’ll own key parts of the monetization journey from onboarding through subscriptions, billing and retention. You’ll design flows that improve activation, conversion and retention. You’ll also play a key role in how we experiment, learn and scale what works. You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers and marketers to test bold ideas and ship improvements that move the needle. You will be designing clear user-centric flows that increase conversions and strengthen retention, creating design variations for experiments and running A/B tests to validate ideas.
