Senior Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Senior-Level Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a clinical nutritionist and solopreneur in launching and scaling digital health programs. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled digital marketer who brings strategic input, executes with precision, and thrives in a mission-driven environment focused on pregnancy, women’s health, and nutrition education. You won’t be micromanaged—this role requires initiative, creativity, and attention to detail. Your main job is to take content (e.g., video rants, PDFs, slides) and turn it into well-structured marketing deliverables across multiple platforms with minimal guidance. Responsibilities include developing content strategy, managing and optimizing SEO, editing and formatting slides, setting up and optimizing email sequences, pitching podcast appearances, supporting launches, managing YouTube and Substack content, and performing light tech tasks. Must have 5+ years in digital marketing, strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and be a self-starter with strategic thinking and implementation skills.
