IT Trainer (ClickLearn) - 6 Month FTC

This is a 6 month FTC, full-time role. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality ClickLearn recordings and instructional content across various IFS modules. You will produce comprehensive user documentation, eLearning packages, and process guides that align with business workflows. You will ensure all ClickLearn outputs (HTML guides, videos, PowerPoints, PDFs, etc.) are consistently branded, accurate, and user-friendly. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials. Support training and onboarding efforts by delivering intuitive and scalable learning assets. Continuously enhance the learning experience by incorporating feedback and applying adult learning principles. Monitor content performance and update materials in response to system or process changes.
