We are seeking a skilled and dedicated House Cook to join a private residence in the beautiful town of Sidi Harazem, Morocco. As the House Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, nutritious meals for the household while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Plan and prepare daily meals for the household, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions Develop weekly menu plans and manage grocery shopping. Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Collaborate with household staff to coordinate meal times and special events Manage kitchen inventory and budget Adapt recipes to incorporate local, seasonal ingredients Prepare traditional Moroccan dishes as well as international cuisine.
