ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist

Managing the automated receipt of payments and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) from payers is the main responsibility. You would be ensuring all payers have current billing and payment information on file and that necessary EOBs are obtained for payment processing. You will review incoming payments to identify payers eligible for EDI, ERA, and EFT processing through our clearinghouse and creating enrollment requests and follow up to confirm approval and activation. You will also communicate with the clearinghouse to resolve any enrollment-related issues as well.
