Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Own features end-to-end.
-Design and develop backend systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and observability.
-Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to ship small increments and validate learning quickly.
Technology:
-Work on real-time audio processing pipelines and AI/ML integrations.
-Build and optimize integrations with Docplanner products and third-party healthcare systems.
-Solve distributed systems challenges.
Qualifications:
-A backend engineer with 4+ years of experience building systems that scale.
-A clear communicator who collaborates well with Product, Design, and Data.
-Someone who ships iteratively, learns from production, and adjusts course quickly.
