Job Description
The Senior Technical Writer works with different teams to create product content and documentation that help both internal teams and end users make the most of our solutions. Assists in managing the content throughout its entire lifecycle.
Duties include supporting the writing team with technical writing methods, tools, and techniques; helping solve issues in Agile workflows and publishing processes; ensuring the writing team has the resources they need; managing the daily tasks of the writing team; improving current processes and suggesting new methods for better results; leading projects to improve the Technical Writing team’s deliverables and processes; creating documentation; editing and writing content; working with UX, product, and engineering teams; resolving documentation issues; identifying new documentation needs; and helping share knowledge across teams.
