Job Description
This role involves frequent travel to new sites to assist with setup, staff training, process standardization, and implementation of clinical workflows and systems. Key responsibilities include facility onboarding and setup, facilitating product installation and replacement, training new facility staff on standard operating procedures, ensuring new patients are onboarded through a tele-calling process with physicians, and implementing and presenting monthly Clinical Governance Reports to facility leadership. Additional responsibilities include attending weekly reviews, ensuring compliance with documentation, and identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency. The position requires a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification. The role demands clinical acumen, operational readiness, and a proactive approach to onboarding and facility success.
