Job Description
Aave Labs is seeking a Staff Smart Contract Engineer to contribute to the Aave protocol and GHO stablecoin. In this role, you will design, implement, and test secure Solidity-based smart contracts and decentralized applications. You'll participate in protocol-level infrastructure and tools development, collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features, and respond to security vulnerabilities. You will also review code, stay updated with Ethereum ecosystem developments, and provide technical guidance to other engineers. The ideal candidate builds, innovates, and ships features with high standards of solidity and security, with experience in DeFi protocols and a deep understanding of smart contracts.
