Fully own, oversee, and evolve our strategic asset allocation process through a data-driven analytical approach. Define approaches and establish investment guidelines for tactical adjustments to broad asset allocations. Identify optimal security selection and trade execution logic to ensure maximally efficient asset portfolios. Establish proper internal and external benchmarking, and monitor performance and attribute deviates relative to defined benchmarks. Develop an expert-level understanding of the asset allocation principles and practices among peers, competitors, and institutional allocators. Own and socialize an understanding of the retail wealth management product space to ensure our products are competitive in the marketplace. Partner with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to lead work across some of Wealthsimple’s highest priority efforts.
