What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide live parent coaching, including real-time family dinner sessions.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and conduct intake calls.
- Lead weekly group coaching sessions and maintain clinical documentation.
Who We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing and licensed in Georgia.
- Experience working with children with autism and strong caregiver-coaching skills.
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Schedule & Availability:
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling based on client availability.
- Hours depend on caseload needs; full-time hours are not guaranteed.
