Role Overview:

  • You will own the entire marketing function, setting the strategic playbook and aligning it with company growth objectives post-Series B.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both high-level planning and operational execution to build systems and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define market positioning and brand strategy for complex hardware and software robotics products.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets with a focus on funnel economics and revenue attribution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure integrated go-to-market efforts.

Candidate Profile:

  • You bring 8-12+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial tech, robotics, or similar hardware + SaaS environments.
  • You have at least 4 years of direct people management experience and a proven track record of scaling marketing functions.
  • You are energized by the pace of a growth-stage startup and excel at translating technical features into customer-centric messaging.
