Content & Communications Director

Tell the story of tens of thousands of independent civic heroes who are proving what’s possible outside the two-party system through compelling, useful, and actionable content. Develop and unify our brand, logo (red, bright and blue!), voice, and messaging across the organization — shaping storytelling that resonates, increases authority, and builds momentum for the movement. Oversee all content — from blogs, newsletters, and social media to virtual events, courses, and community-driven campaigns. Act as executive producer for all content, turning information into cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive high engagement, value, and growth. Serve as chief editor for all content, bringing attention to detail and high standards that uplevels our online presence and offerings. Leverage internal subject matter experts on campaigns and public service as well as partner organizations to create engaging, useful content for candidates and elected officials.
