Job Description
E-Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for the 2025–2026 school year to provide services to students in PreK-12 schools, improving their mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities are to be developed. Evidence-based physical therapy interventions will then be implemented to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence.
The candidate will provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans is a must. Student progress must be monitored and treatment plans adjusted as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information must be documented accurately and in a timely manner.
