AI-Driven Workflow Automation:
- Lead the design and build of AI agents and automated workflows reducing manual effort.
- Partner with Engineering and Data to move solutions from prototype to production.
- Establish guardrails and quality checks for automated decisions.
Investigative Insights & Proactive Detection:
- Deliver on-demand analysis on suspicious merchants and customers.
- Proactively surface emerging fraud patterns and high-risk activity.
- Build data-driven prioritization for investigators.
Operational Reporting & Dashboards:
- Design and maintain dashboards tracking investigator productivity and fraud trends.
- Replace manual spreadsheet-based reporting with automated reliable reporting.
- Define and track operational KPIs.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Serve as the bridge between Fraud Operations and analytics/product/tech teams.
- Partner with Fraud Strategy & Analytics to translate findings into policy improvements.
- Communicate findings clearly to investigators and leadership.
