Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Country Offices

Scope of Work:

You will support the team primarily in three areas: investment reviews, partner due diligence, and portfolio management.

• Perform investment analyses including organizational due diligence, grantee budget reviews, and ad hoc investment support.
• Lead organizational assessments of grantees and develop action plans to address findings.
• Analyze financial statements and assess the financial health of organizations.

Investment Structuring & Advisory:

Structure effective investments and develop strategies to manage financial and organizational risks.

• Make recommendations for negotiating investments and sizing payments.
• Advise on strengthening the organizational capacity of critical partners.

Portfolio Management & Financial Reporting:

Internal financial reporting and analysis support strategic resource allocation and budget management.

• Provide support for financial presentations to program team leadership using internal systems.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and budgeting processes.

Your Experience:

A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of demonstrated experience.

• Strong analytical acumen, especially financial modeling and investment/deal structuring.
• Proficient with Excel and other analytic tools.
• Detailed knowledge of risk management and due diligence.
• Robust analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills.
• Strong ability to read and analyze financial statements.
