As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be the data engine behind Boulder’s growth marketing efforts, monitoring performance across paid, organic, and partner channels while tracking CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and channel-level ROI. You will maintain dashboards and deliver regular reports to the Growth team and leadership.
You will identify trends and opportunities to improve performance through data analysis, support testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative experiments, etc.) and share actionable recommendations, and also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align tracking and attribution models.
Mange analytics and data integrations (Google Analytics, Looker, Freshpaint, etc.), support tagging, event tracking, and data quality audits.
