Head of Underwriting – Credit Fund

About the Opportunity:

• Build the fund's underwriting framework from a clean sheet and establish it as an institutional-grade credit authority.
• Lead the underwriting and structuring of the fund's first facilities while mentoring a growing credit team.

Responsibilities:

• Design credit policy, underwriting standards, and approval workflows integrated with Xsolla's payments telemetry.
• Underwrite and structure lending facilities, including financial analysis, covenant design, and collateral packages.
• Stand up credit committee process, portfolio monitoring, and LP reporting.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in private credit or direct lending with a track record of closing institutional transactions.
• Deep fluency in credit analysis, financial modeling, and credit documentation.
• Experience building credit policy from scratch at an early-stage fund is strongly preferred.
