Responsibilities:
- Deal pipeline management: Design and run the full deal workflow from origination to closing, implementing it as governed automation with schema-validated outputs and audit trails.
- Scoring and underwriting data layer: Build and maintain the ingestion and storage layer for borrower financials and payment telemetry, including credit scoring models and ETL pipelines.
- Fundraising/LP pipeline: Build and operate the investor pipeline with CRM automation and data room preparation, ensuring conversion rates and next actions are tracked.
Client and investor facing:
- Join investor and borrower meetings to present dashboards and defend the numbers.
- Respond to LP operational due diligence questionnaires on the data and automation stack.
- Ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and cost-effective with documented runbooks.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in data analytics/engineering with production automation experience.
- Strong SQL and Python, with ownership of a PostgreSQL data platform.
- Experience with workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow) and BI tools.
- Finance background with real experience in portfolio analytics, market risk, or credit.
