Key Responsibilities:
- Working on initiatives to improve credit underwriting, boost growth and/or manage portfolio risk.
- Monitoring the performance of existing strategies and iterating to improve them.
- Building and maintaining database tables and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
What We Look For:
- Experience in unsecured retail lending and understanding of lending economics.
- Strong analytical and data capabilities with SQL and Python.
- Ability to communicate complex problems and work in a fast-paced team.
