Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement credit policies using proprietary and external data sources to improve lending decisions, pricing strategies, and product performance.
- Develop actionable recommendations and insights through advanced analytical approaches to support strategic business decisions.
- Support the development and optimization of operational risk processes by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, lending, or credit risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with Python, R, or Stata preferred.
