Job Description

This position is needed to play a critical role in shaping and scaling our web analytics strategy across Twilio.com. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining analytics tracking across our digital platforms to ensure clean, consistent, and actionable data. You will partner with teams across UX, CRO, Demand Gen, SEO, Brand, Identity, Product, and Data Science to deliver scalable and easy-to-use analytics solutions. This is a unique opportunity to grow as a subject matter expert (SME) in web analytics company-wide, working closely with Web Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Marketers to improve tracking infrastructure, data flows, and data utilization across a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. You'll collaborate with Web and Development teams to implement and maintain scalable web analytics tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Segment.
