Define and own the technical architecture for authentication and authorization across the SimSpace platform.
Lead design and development of Keycloak-based identity infrastructure with federation, SSO, and multi-tenant identity flows.
Design the authorization layer using a Relationship-Based Access Control (ReBAC) model implemented in Topaz/OPA.

Engineering Execution:

Build new services extending the IAM stack, including directory services and user management.
Establish cross-team authn/authz standards and provide technical guidance.
Lead project scoping and estimation, breaking ambiguous requirements into defined work.

Culture and Growth:

Mentor senior engineers on IAM team, sharing expertise in software design and security patterns.
Identify and resolve systemic technical risk and security gaps.
Contribute to architectural review processes and raise quality bar across engineering.
