Identity and Access Management Engineer

IAM Platform Administration & Engineering:

• You will administer and configure core IAM platforms like Clear Skye, Veza, Okta, and Entra ID.
• You will engineer integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM and develop custom connectors.
• You will manage directory services like Active Directory and automate tasks with PowerShell or Python.

Strategy, Architecture & Roadmap:

• You will help define the identity strategy and contribute to the cybersecurity roadmap.
• You will architect and deploy enterprise IAM infrastructure including IGA, AM, and PAM solutions.
• You will evaluate emerging IAM technologies and security threats for program enhancements.

Business Collaboration, Training & Evangelism:

• You will collaborate with application owners, HR, and business stakeholders to gather access requirements.
• You will provide SME training to IT teams and end-users on IAM policies and best practices.
• You will spearhead SSO and MFA design to provide a seamless authentication experience.

Operations, Support & Incident Management:

• You will proactively monitor IAM system health and respond to security incidents.
• You will act as primary technical contact for complex authentication and access issues.
• You will develop comprehensive technical documentation including runbooks and recovery plans.
