Responsibilities:
- Influence and drive the roadmap for enterprise authentication services, establishing operational objectives and security controls.
- Own and govern federation services including PingFederate and Entra ID, ensuring high availability and secure configurations.
- Establish MFA and SSO standards, partnering with cybersecurity and application teams for conditional access and modern protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, authentication engineering, or security engineering.
- 3+ years of management experience leading technical teams.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with Entra Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and privileged access concepts.
- Strong background in service management and reliability practices.
- Familiarity with zero trust frameworks and automation for identity configuration.
