Cloud Service Desk Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engineer and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
• Support Microsoft Intune enrollment, passwordless authentication, and VDI connectivity for remote users.
• Resolve escalated engineering tickets and produce runbooks for recurring issue patterns.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in IT, endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity with hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
• Experience with conditional access, VDI, and passwordless authentication in enterprise environments.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
