Open Positions

  • Develop customized Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and Flex Pages, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Velocity templates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for federal programs.
  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, and HHS frameworks while architecting enterprise data integration and AI-driven capabilities.

Apple/macOS SME

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure macOS workstation images and enterprise device management configurations for a federal agency client.
  • Deploy and manage Apple Business Manager and JAMF Pro for macOS device enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance enforcement.
  • Produce and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, and change records for all macOS endpoint configurations.

Program Manager

  • Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for a federal agency client, coordinating all tasks, deliverables, and personnel across a multi-disciplinary IT support BPA.
  • Manage delivery execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management across concurrent task orders spanning network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and application development.
  • Lead project initiation and planning, manage contractor resources, and oversee daily execution to ensure all submissions meet contractual requirements and client standards.

Network Engineer

  • Support implementation, operation, and optimization of Cisco-based network infrastructure, including core, distribution, access, and edge layers.
  • Implement and maintain network security controls aligned with NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-207 Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Configure and manage routing, switching, network services, and 802.1X port-based network access control.

  • Lead design and configuration of secure Windows workstation images with approved security baselines and VDI capabilities.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune device compliance, configuration profiles, and conditional access based on user role and device posture.
  • Oversee Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning and lifecycle management across the enterprise.

IT Engineer

  • Design and maintain secure workstation images for macOS and Windows, including VDI and remote access configurations.
  • Engineer endpoint configuration baselines using Ivanti, KACE, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot to enforce compliance.
  • Manage OS and application patch management processes, and maintain endpoint logging and telemetry for SIEM and EDR platforms.

  • Design and optimize Cisco-based enterprise networks with Zero Trust principles and NIST standards.
  • Implement network security, micro-segmentation, and identity-aware access controls like 802.1X.
  • Lead incident response, audits, and vulnerability remediation for a federal agency client.
