About the Opportunity:
- DMI is seeking a NOC Team Lead to join us.
- You will lead a team of technicians to ensure maximum network uptime and rapid incident response.
- This role bridges technical troubleshooting and tactical team leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for accurate and timely completion.
- Assist with escalated issues and coach NOC staff, including performance evaluations.
- Oversee SOP documentation and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of network operations experience.
- 5+ years supervisory experience and expert knowledge of fiber network delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under high pressure.
