Role Overview:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the Americas region's network strategy, design, operation, and improvement of corporate and cloud networks.
- Manage a team of network engineers and ensure network security, compliance, and availability for all Sutherland business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management and technical direction for network engineers and standardize network configurations across all Americas regions.
- Develop and oversee the network technology roadmap, including hardware/software standards, policies, and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with business units, vendors, and global IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable network services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum five years managing large enterprise networks with strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, and SDWAN technologies.
- CCNA/CCNP certification and experience with cloud networking or software-defined networks are highly desirable.
